PICC for Multi-line business is $4.31 for each additional line. Calls from the Continental U.S. to Alaska or Hawaii have a base rate of 16.9 cpm. Paper bill available for $1 additional fee per month. Note: Listed rates include 9.9% Network Access Charge which is charged on all usage. PNG rolls the USF charge and other carrier specific fees together into this charge.
